My name is Clarence Thrash Jr., founder of True Root Vitality. After playing professional basketball overseas for 14 years, I learned how important it is to take care of your body from the inside out. Sea moss became part of my own wellness journey, especially as I focused on supporting my energy, recovery, and overall well-being.
